I was able to get in touch with Irwin, who is the sales manager for these iXSOON products (the actual company name is a handful – Shenzhen Wei Xun Te Technology Co Ltd). He has assured me that I will either get a replacement unit or a refund, as soon as I send them  back. So far, they are looking reputable. I will find the right tablet for the right price, and you’ll know about it soon!
