Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with Verizon 4G LTE now officially confirmed

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

Last week we reported that a Verizon LTE-friendly version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 had been spotted in an FCC filing. Fast-forwarding to Samsung’s CES press conference, we now have official confirmation that the tablet is coming to Big Red.

As expected, the tablet will sport Jelly Bean and Samsung’s Premium Suite of software. While many of you might already know the specs, we’ll run through them as a refresher.

The tablet is powered by a 1.4GHz Exynos quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM. Other specs include 16/32/64GB storage capacities, microSD, a 5MP rear-camera, a front camera and of course Verizon’s 4G LTE.

The biggest claim to fame for the tablet is its Wacom-based digitizer screen and an integrated stylus, which is perfect for taking notes, drawing and much more.

So when can Verizon customers expect the tablet and for how much? Samsung has confirmed the tablet will ship sometime this month, though no specific date or pricing has been announced just yet.
