Amazon has kicked off a new interesting promotion for its two new HDX tablets – the Kindle Fire HDX 7 and the Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 – offering buyers the possibility of paying for the device every three months, no matter what model they choose.

While Amazon’s forked Android OS may not be that attractive to some users, the fact still remains that the company has some interesting tablets, that have been selling rather well, according to the company and several market share studies. The latest Kindle Fire HDX models are even better devices than their predecessors, and could very well be on the Christmas shopping list for many gadget lovers.

Under Amazon’s new payment plan, users will be able to pay for the handset in four equal installments every 90 days, without being charged interest, financing charges or other hidden fees. There’s not even a credit check or application required to get the deal.

The first payment will include the applicable tax and shipping charges in full, after which the credit card on file will be billed every 90 days. That means you’ll have to pay $57.25 for the Kindle Fire HDX and $94.75 for the bigger Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 every three months – not including here the tax and shipping charges.

With the money you temporarily save by not paying the full price for the new Kindle Fire tablets, you could always do something else this Christmas. Are you going to take advantage of the offer?
