Android 2.2 Froyo Gives New Features To Gmail

The Android 2.2 Froyo update for the Nexus One that is currently being rolled out by Google has brought about a host of new features that are slowly being discovered. One in particular is Gmail that has been updated for a better experience.

Gmail on Froyo

The Android 2.2 update improves the Gmail app by making multiple account switching easier and improving on email notifications and managing attachments. Furthermore, you can now copy text by choosing menu>more>select text but at the same time the calendar app has been streamlined too making you have to do an additional step (press menu>more>new event).
