Samsung Galaxy NotePro 12.2 arrives to Verizon, $849 outright

Galaxy NotePRO 12.2

Last week we received a memo suggesting that the LG G Pad 8.3 and Samsung Galaxy NotePro 12.2 would both be heading over to Verizon’s network, LTE support in tow. A few days later, Verizon confirmed that the LG G Pad 8.3 would arrive on March 6th, though Verizon and Samsung stayed mum on their plans for the LTE version of the NotePro.

Right on schedule, the LG G Pad 8.3 has now arrived, alongside the Note Pro 12.2. The NotePro 12.2 is priced at a staggering $849 outright, or $749 for a two-year contract. Considering the savings are pretty minor, you’re probably better off skipping the contract, but  to each their own.

The NotePro isn’t cheap by any stretch of the word, but it’s still a very capable device. The NotePro 12.2 is powered by a Snapdragon 800 quad-core CPU with 3GB of RAM, and packs a 12.2-inch display with a 2560×1600 resolution. Other specs include 32GB storage, microSD, S-Pen support, 2MP front cam, 8MP rear cam and a 9500 mAh battery. There’s also hundreds of dollars worth of premium apps and services, aimed to make your tablet experience as productive as possible.

To grab the tablet, you’ll want to head on over to Verizon. The NotePro 12.2 is also expected to hit Verizon stores sometime in the next few days. What do you think, anyone planning on picking this one up?

For those interested in getting your hands on the LG G Pad 8.3 LTE instead, you can grab it from Verizon’s site as well.
