MEEP! The Tablet for Kids

Meep! Meep! No, it’s not Road Runner coming your way. Instead, it’s a new model of kid-friendly tablet from Oregon Scientific; that’s being called the MEEP!

Based on its press release, the MEEP! tablet will be featuring a 7-inch touch screen display with G-Sensor, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a SD card slot. Since it’s a tablet intended for kids, the MEEP! tablet will have parental controls. Like typical tablets and e-readers, the MEEP! tablet will be offering e-books, movies, music, and apps.

With regard to what Android version it will be running on, there has been no specific information released yet. But the full unveiling of the MEEP! tablet will be at the TIA Toy Fair held in New York, from today until February 15.
