Kobo Arc available

Kobo has made the Kobo Arc available in the U.S. and Canada straight from its official website, making it easier for potential customers in the two countries to get their hands on one.

The company doesn’t only have the Kobo Arc available on its website, but also the eReaders in its range of products, namely the Kobo Touch, Kobo Glo and Kobo Mini, as well as accessories for them.

Coming back to the Kobo Arc, it must be said that the tablet has recently received an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean upgrade, and features a 7-inch display (resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels), as well as a dual-core 1.5GHz CPU.

As for the price, it depends on storage capacity. It starts at $199.99 for the 16GB model, while the 32GB  and 64GB models cost $249.99 and $299.99, respectively.

While we wouldn’t go as far as considering the Kobo Arc a Nexus 7 competitor, it’s still an interesting tablet, at a pretty good price.
