For the ninth year in a row, Amazon has the honor of being ranked #1 in customer satisfaction during the holiday shopping season, at least according to the ForSee Experience Index. The study was conducted between the 29th of November and the 17th of December, where the survey asked U.S. consumers to to rate their customer satisfaction experience with the top 100 retailers out there. Amazon ended up achieving a score of 90, which put it in first place.
Why does that matter to you? For one, it means that Amazon is perceived to be a great place to shop. Even more importantly, it means that you can now get a Kindle Fire tablet for $30 cheaper!
