HTC EVO View 4G soon to hit End of Life Status?

One of the sad part’s of the Android ecosystem is that devices eventually hit End-of-Life status. Meaning that they will no longer be supported by the carrier or the manufacturer. So it looks like no official Ice Cream Sandwich for Sprint’s HTC EVO View 4G tablet. According to the image above it looks like the HTC EVO View 4G will be hitting End-of-Life on the week of January 29th.

The HTC EVO View 4G is being joined with a few other devices including the Blackberry Playbook, and the 4G device that will not die, the HTC EVO 4G (one of my all time favorite Android devices). The HTC EVO 4G has been on Sprint’s EoL list a couple times before, the device is over a year old, closer to 18 months by now, and early adapters of the EVO 4G are already upgrading or getting close to getting an upgrade. Sprint time to put her down.

Do you own any of these devices on the list? Are you sad that your device is listed? Let us know in the comments.
