This Ekoore tablet could be very useful to you if you can never decide on the operating system you want to use on a constant basis.

Believe it or not, the Ekoore Python S3 can be used to run (depending on your mood on that particular day), Android 4.2, Ubuntu Linux or Windows 8. The Italian manufacturer’s website says that you get to choose what OS you want to run when you start it up.

The 11.6-inch Ekoore tablet uses an 1.1GHz Intel dual-core 847 CPU and the basic version has 2GB of RAM memory, as well as a 32GB SSD. The display only has a resolution of 1366 x 768.

It has an optional full keyboard dock, making it similar in terms of looks to the Asus Transformer series or the new HP SlateBook x2. The dock also includes an additional battery so, while the tablet has about seven hours of battery life, the dock can extend it by five more.

You can pick what OS you want when ordering the tablet on the manufacturer’s site and, while Android 4.2 and Ubuntu 13.04 are free, you’ll have to shell out an additional €118.00 for Windows 8, or €164.00 for the Professional version.

The basic version costs €599.00, but if you want a 128GB SSD that will set you back another €147 (€75 for a 64GB SSD). The same goes for RAM: 4GB costs €36 more, while 8GB means that another €67 goes on your tab. The docking keyboard, which may be the most useful addition, is €139.

A 3G module and a Bluetooth GPS one are also available, but you’ll pay extra for them, too. The biggest possible price it can get to, with all available options, is €1,293.

On the other hand, you can’t beat having three operating systems on the same device.
