Verizon is known for its extensive and powerful network, but it is also infamous for those dreaded higher prices. This is why you must take advantage of any good deal the carrier may be holding, and today’s is certainly one of those.
Big Red is currently offering a ‘buy one get one 50% off’ deal on both the Motorola Droid Turbo and Droid Maxx 2. There is a bit of a trick, though. Those who buy a Droid Turbo 2 can get 50% off a second Turbo 2 or Maxx 2. On the other hand, Droid Maxx 2 customers have to get another Motorola Droid Maxx 2 in order to benefit from this deal.

It makes sense – the idea is pretty much that you will have to pay full price for the most expensive (or equal) device. What we don’t know is how long this promotion will last, so you best get on it as soon as possible. If the advertising material is anything to go by, though, this may be a Valentine’s day thing. You know… they are talking about couples and promoting cute little hearts.
I have personally used the Droid Turbo 2, and though it’s a bit aged by now, I can say it is one hell of a smartphone. Especially considering you can get a second one for just a bit over $300!
