Starting tomorrow, Barnes and Noble will start selling them for a very reasonable $79, down from the regular price of $99. Of course, you should remember that this is the barebones option and comes without a backlight. If its a backlight you are looking for, then the NOOK Simple Touch with Glowlight might be more down your alley.
In other options, if you are looking for something more than just an e-reader, the Nexus 7 should be at the top of your list without a doubt; you get the full Android experience for only $199.
