SmartQ has been tearing up the low cost MID market and getting excellent feedback from users. V5 has a different look from Q5 and also upgraded hardware and functions. V5 supports 3 operating systems, including Ubuntu Linux, Android and Windows CE. The tablet reportedly has greatly improved its video capability to support 1080P videos, HDMI output and PPS Streaming TV. While it only has a 4.3″ screen, it has double the ram of comparible android tablets, and the very common 2GB of storage built in.
