1ghz Rockchip MID – $238

This unnamed tablet has a slightly higher resolution than most tablets seen on the market in this form factor. It sports a 1ghz Rockchip CPU and a standard 128mb of ram. From the spec list it probably comes with 2gb of storage onboard, with wireless b/g standard. The battery is a paltry 1400mah, which apparently gets 4.5 hours of use. It supports WinCE as well as Android, as do many tablets, but whether it comes preloaded is not apparent. Whether it’s worth the premium for the higher resolution and faster cpu is not known.
