However, the list price is a bit inflated. Motorola and Newegg are offering the device for $400, while Amazon has it listed at $313 — so the discount isn’t as big as it initially seems. Nevertheless, the Moto Z Play is still a bargain at $270. It’s unlocked, comes in Lunar Gray, and is compatible with GSM networks.
The smartphone made its debut back in August 2016. It sports a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD resolution and is powered by the Snapdragon 625 chipset. It has 3 GB of RAM, offers 32 GB of expandable storage, and packs a 3,510 mAh battery.
The Moto Z Play sports a 16 MP primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture and selfie snapper that has a 5 MP sensor. It ships with the older Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow on board but can be upgraded to Nougat.
