Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1’s Jelly Bean update to come with Premium Suite [video]

Back in September, Samsung announced a handful of devices that will be getting Jelly Bean. Especially for the Galaxy Note 10.1, the Android 4.1 upgrade will be accompanied by a special Premium Suite.

Since nobody seems to read manuals these days, Samsung is choosing the medium of video to showcase the tablet’s premium features, one that should make for an interesting viewing for owners and potential buyers.

The video highlights the enhanced multitasking feature of the Note 10.1, where you can open up to 16 apps simultaneously in multi-window mode. You read that right, 16 apps. What’s more, you can easily move around and resize each window or pin the one you use the most on top.

The S Pen also gets some new tricks to perform. For instance, the Air View feature lets you preview content just by hovering the pen over the screen. This works for previewing videos, pictures, appointments, and even the content of your e-mails.

Other showcased features include Easy Clip, Quick Command, enhanced S Note and handwriting, and more.

If the Premium Suite makes you long for some sweet jelly, we have both good news and bad news. The good news is the Android 4.1 update has hit those in Germany earlier in the month. As for the bad news, Samsung hasn’t mentioned when the rest of the world will be getting it.
