Google releases new Life Acquatic-themed Nexus 7 commercial

Nexux 7 commercial
Google has a new ad out for the Android-powered Nexus 7. It lasts for a full minute, and instead of bombarding the viewer with all kinds of mostly unintelligible technical specs, it shows how useful Google’s new tablet can be in the hands of just about anyone in a number of everyday scenarios.

To be more specific, the new Google Nexus 7 ad follows a group of people as they set up a cool rooftop-based adaptation of the movie The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. Throughout the ad, the Nexus 7 is used to play music, look at pictures, watch videos, and even ask questions on Google Now. It pretty much lays out many of the most useful features found on the Nexus 7.

Go ahead and watch the ad for yourself to see how it wraps up in the end.

What do you guys make of it? Fun? Cheesy? Effective? Boring?
