Frima Studio brings its popular co-op platformer Chariot to the NVIDIA Shield Android TV

Chariot 1

Canadian video game developer Frima Studio, who brought us the popular Nun Attack series, has just launched a new game exclusively for the NVIDIA Shield Android TV. The game is called Chariot, and it’s actually been available on consoles for about a year now.

Chariot is a physics-based co-op platformer that follows a brave princess and her fiancé on their quest to bury their King’s remains in a gold-filled tomb. The King’s body resides in a chariot, which you need to carry around through various levels, all while trying to collect riches and fend off looters and thieves. The chariot’s wheels and long ropes will allow you to reach higher platforms in each level, which makes for some pretty interesting gameplay. You can play as the princess alone, but it’s a lot more fun if you have someone to play as the fiancé.

Although the game is in 2D, the graphics are still really beautiful. Take a look at the official launch trailer for the PlayStation 4 version attached below to get a good look at the new title:

Chariot is available exclusively for the NVIDIA Shield Android TV for $14.99 in the Google Play Store. If you’re interested, head to the Play Store link below to start playing!
