Deal: Unlocked Sony Xperia XZs down to just $399 at Amazon

Sony’s flagship X-series enjoyed a solid if unspectacular year in 2017 which kicked off with a flurry of announcements at MWC 2017. While the Xperia XZ Premium drew most of the attention with its impressive 4K display, the Xperia XZs snuck under the radar as an impressive follow-up to 2016’s Xperia XZ.

Unfortunately, Sony’s initial asking price of $699 felt a little steep, especially when measured against the competition. Since then the Xperia XZs has enjoyed a fair few price drops, including an immediate $80 cut just a month after its US launch.

Now, Sony’s current flagship has dropped to its lowest price ever at Amazon. If you head over to the online retailer’s listing you can pick up the Xperia XZs for just $399 in either Black, Blue or Silver, although the latter two colorways are selling out fast!

As a refresher, the Xperia XZs sports a Full HD 5.2-inch IPS LCD display, a 19 MP Motion Eye rear camera, and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 SoC backed by 4 GB of RAM. As an added bonus, the Xperia XZs was recently upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo too.

The model on sale is the 64 GB storage version which is expandable up to 256 GB. It also comes with a US warranty and is unlocked as standard. It’s worth noting, however, that the phone only supports GSM/LTE carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Cricket Wireless.

If you’re not sure if the Xperia XZs is the phone for you (it’s certainly not perfect – the US version doesn’t include a fingerprint sensor, for example), be sure to check out our full review. If you do fancy grabbing yourself a bargain, hit the button below to head over to the Amazon listing.
