Even though the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have only been out for less than a month, Best Buy is already throwing in a Nest Cam for free if you pick up either of Google’s flagship smartphones.

Best Buy did not say for how long it will offer this promotion. However, you must activate either the Pixel 3 or Pixel 3 XL on Verizon and opt for monthly payments — you cannot buy the phone outright if you want the free Nest Cam. Best Buy then automatically adds the Nest Cam to your chart during checkout.

It might be getting a bit long in the tooth, but the Nest Cam is still a solid addition to your collection of smart home accessories. As a quick recap, the Nest Cam shoots 1080p video and features a built-in tripod mount with a magnetic base. That lets you place the Nest Cam on various surfaces at home, such as a refrigerator.

The Nest Cam also features eight built-in infrared LEDs for night vision and a cloud-based DVR that can store previous footage up to 30 days through the Nest Aware service. The amount you pay each month depends on how many days of archiving you want. Finally, you can keep tabs on your Nest Cam with the Nest mobile app.
