Office mice are often ergonomic and wireless, though they typically only have a few buttons. Gaming mice, on the other hand, have programmable buttons that you can use to grab the upper hand in games.

Logitech M525 wireless mouse
The Logitech M525 mouse is a good place to start. It’s budget-friendly with an ambidextrous design and up to three years of battery life. The M525 doesn’t really add bells or whistles, but it’s the most affordable option on the list and it offers advanced optical tracking plus micro-precise scrolling.
Logitech M720 Triathlon wireless mouse
The Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse sacrifices an ambidextrous design for the ability to pair to three computers at once. It also upgrades from the optical tracking of the M525 to laser-grade tracking with hyper-fast scrolling.
