Android 4.1.2 JZO54K Binaries and Galaxy Nexus and Nexus 7 Factory Images

Being a Nexus device not only means a pure Google Experience and timely Android updates, but you also get a few other perks such as full device images for easy restoration and binaries for hungry developers to use for creating custom Android ROMs.

Following yesterday’s Android 4.1.2 release, today Google posted updated factory images (JZO54K) for the Nexus 7 and both the yakju and takju variants of the Galaxy Nexus. If you don’t own one of those devices, you’ll have to wait just a little bit longer. Android developers will be happy to know that new Android 4.1.2 binaries (JZO54K) have also been posted for the Motorola Xoom, Nexus S, Nexus S4G, the Verizon Galaxy Nexus, the HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus and the Nexus 7.
